CUSTOM  BUILT  ALUMINUM  G SCALE  &  O  GAUGE  BRIDGES
* Construction & shipping times vary depending on volume of orders & bridge size. 3-5 day average is per bridge.
WHEN YOUR BRIDGE ARRIVES
Average built time is around 15 minutes from box to finish.

The deck is labeled with alpha labels and the top bracers are usually labeled with numerical labels.

Assemble by mating labels together and attaching with hardware provided with a
Philips screwdriver & pliers or a nut driver.
The Only separations after I complete the bridge  are the deck and the top bracers as seen in the pic on the left. All items are secured with blue painters tape so not to leave a sticky residue behind. The hardware is bagged and also secured to the bridge package. I typically add a few extra nuts and screws in case you drop one as I often do.

Timber Bridges Now Available
Ever since I posted the Spring 2012 items that would be added to the web site I've been flooded with e-mails requesting them sooner so in response I'm offering 4 styles of the Wood Beam Bridge with FREE shipping in the continental USA until Jan. 7th 2012. This 5 ft. bridge shown above has been on my layout being weather tested since it was built this Spring.

The construction method is the same as my aluminum bridges with one key difference. Brass threaded inserts in the deck beams and the top bracers allow the bridge to be separated into 4 easy to manage sections. Just attach the sides to the deck and add the top bracers and you're ready for action.  The beams are attached with 4-40 zinc plated steel machine screws and nuts through .020 ga. aluminum gussets. No glue, brads, staples or nails here.
